Site962 (Option C — Hybrid)

  • Keep existing frontend (live at site962.com, Quik operates daily)
  • Build new Auset backend (Express + Apollo + PostgreSQL)
  • Migrate 50 MongoDB models to PostgreSQL
  • NOT YET STARTED — scheduled for Tue-Thu this week

Cost Tracking (for Quik’s education initiative)

Track per project:

  • Engineering hours equivalent (senior dev rate: $150-200/hr)
  • Lines of code / features delivered
  • Infrastructure costs (AWS, Stripe, domains)
  • Market rate comparison (agency quotes for equivalent work)
  • AI agent hours vs human hours comparison

Stakeholders

  • Quik (Rashad) — Co-founder, operates Site962, primary tester
  • Vision (Darrell Allsoton) — Primary tester, FMO feedback
  • Both will provide ongoing input throughout the week

Decision Log

  • Site962: Option C (hybrid) — keep frontend, build new Auset backend
  • QuikCarry: Follow existing migration plan phases sequentially
  • World Cup Ready: MVP polish, not rebuild
  • FMO: Bug fixes complete, await retest feedback
