Test 1: Homepage & Public Pages

What to test:

  1. Open the website
  2. Scroll through the homepage — countdown timer, stats, value proposition
  3. Click “Who’s Ready” (marketplace)
  4. Click “Events & Opportunities”
  5. Click “Vendors” and “Sponsorship”

What to look for:

  • Does the homepage load completely? Images, text, countdown?
  • Does the navigation work? Can you get to all pages?
  • Do the pages look professional — no broken layouts, missing images?
  • Is the World Cup countdown accurate?

Test 2: Sign Up & Sign In

What to test:

  1. Click “Sign Up” or “Get Started”
  2. Create an account as a business owner
  3. Verify your email
  4. Sign in
  5. You should land on your dashboard

What to look for:

  • Does sign-up work smoothly?
  • Does the verification email arrive?
  • Can you sign in after verification?
  • Does the dashboard show your business info?

Test 3: Business Readiness Assessment

What to test:

  1. Start the readiness assessment (from homepage or dashboard)
  2. Answer the questions about your business
  3. Complete the assessment
  4. View your readiness score/results

What to look for:

  • Do the assessment questions make sense for an Atlanta business?
  • Can you complete all questions without errors?
  • Does the results page show a meaningful readiness score?
  • Are there recommendations based on your answers?

Test 4: Vendor Directory & Marketplace

What to test:

  1. Go to the “Who’s Ready” / marketplace page
  2. Browse vendors and products
  3. Search or filter vendors
  4. Click on a vendor to see details
  5. Try adding something to your cart

What to look for:

  • Are vendors displayed with photos, descriptions, and pricing?
  • Does search/filter work?
  • Can you view individual vendor profiles?
  • Does the cart work?

Test 5: Subscription Tiers (Bronze/Silver/Gold)

What to test:

  1. Go to the subscriptions/pricing page
  2. View Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers
  3. Try to subscribe to a tier
  4. Use test card: 4242 4242 4242 4242 (any future date, any CVC)
  5. Confirm the subscription

What to look for:

  • Are the three tiers clearly explained with pricing?
  • Does the Stripe payment form appear?
  • Does payment go through with the test card?
  • After subscribing, does your dashboard reflect your tier?

Test 6: Events

What to test:

  1. Go to the Events page
  2. Browse upcoming events
  3. Try to RSVP or register for an event
  4. Check if you can see event details (date, location, description)

What to look for:

  • Are events listed with correct info?
  • Can you register/RSVP?
  • Does the event detail page look complete?

Test 7: Vendor Portal (If You’re a Vendor)

What to test:

  1. Sign in as a vendor (or apply as one)
  2. Check your vendor dashboard
  3. Try to add a product or service listing
  4. Set up your Stripe Connect account (for payments)

What to look for:

  • Can vendors access their own portal?
  • Does adding a product work?
  • Does Stripe Connect onboarding flow work?

Test 8: Mobile App

What to test:

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. Run through Tests 1-6 on mobile
  3. Check that all pages render correctly on your phone
  4. Try the feedback button

What to look for:

  • Does the app load without crashing?
  • Do images and text display properly?
  • Is navigation intuitive on mobile?
  • Can you submit feedback through the widget?

Test 9: Contact & Community

What to test:

  1. Go to the Contact page
  2. Fill out and submit the contact form
  3. Check Community Partners section if available

What to look for:

  • Does the contact form submit successfully?
  • Do you get a confirmation after submitting?

How to Report Issues

Use the feedback button (floating circle, bottom-right). Tap it and:

  1. Write what you were trying to do
  2. Write what happened instead
  3. Tap the screenshot button
  4. Hit Submit
