Sprint 1 Goals (March 16 - March 31, 2026)
Why: These are the 6 revenue-generating products that need to ship. QuikCarry and QCR have real paying customers. WCR has World Cup 2026 deadline. Site962 is Quik’s venue. FMO has partners (Cali West, Ed Moore). QuikNation is the platform itself.
How to apply: Each goal becomes multiple requirements. Sonnet plans, Haiku dispatches, agents execute in worktrees, create PRs when done, Sonnet reviews, Haiku merges.

Critical Pipeline Rule (from Amen Ra)
Agents MUST create a PR when they finish work. Without a PR, Sonnet can’t review and worktrees go stale. Every requirement must instruct agents to:
- Commit all changes
- Push the branch
- Create a PR targeting
develop - Include acceptance criteria checklist in PR description
