Site962 — What Quik Actually Needs

Priority 1: Admin Dashboard (REBUILD FROM SCRATCH)

  • Current admin is garbage (Jude’s work)
  • Amen Ra tried to fix it but it needs to be ripped out entirely
  • Admin dashboard is KEY to Site962’s success
  • Must manage: events, vendors, staff (bartenders, waiters), revenue, POS devices

Priority 2: Mobile App with PassKit Scanning

  • Scan PassKit passes (Apple Wallet + Google Pay digital tickets)
  • Staff at the door scan passes for event entry
  • Quik and staff need this — it’s operational

Priority 3: Vendor/Staff Management

  • Manage bartenders, waiters, third-party vendors
  • Vendors sell food, apparel, whatever — at the venue
  • Business model: Vendors use OUR POS / OUR App to collect THEIR payments
  • Platform takes fees on every transaction
  • NOT just charging vendors rent — we process their payments and take platform fees
  • This is Stripe Connect in action: vendors are connected accounts, Site962 is the platform

The Revenue Model

  • Every dollar that flows through Site962 flows through the platform
  • Vendors don’t have their own payment processing — they use ours
  • Platform fee on every transaction (configurable per vendor)
  • POS terminals at vendor stations run through our Stripe Terminal
  • Mobile app payments also go through our system

What Quik Does NOT Care About

  • The public-facing frontend (it works fine)
  • He wants the OPERATIONS side fixed — the tools HE uses to run the venue

How to apply

When building Site962, focus on admin + mobile + vendor POS. Not the customer-facing website.
