Nightly Build Pipeline (established March 15, 2026)

12 total app builds on QC1. All Dev builds go to TestFlight. Bundle IDs end in .dev. All under QuikSession, LLC EXCEPT My Voyages (different org).

Dev Nightly Builds (TestFlight)

1. QCR Dev — icons DONE
2. WCR Dev — icons DONE (green bar confirmed Mar 9 build)
3. FMO Dev — needs green “DEV” bar added to icon
4. My Voyages Dev — icons DONE (different org from others)
5. Heru Discovery Dev — needs correct Dev icon (current one is WRONG)
6. Site962 Dev — needs polished logo + Dev icon created
7. QuikCarry Rider 2026 Dev — needs rounded icon + green “2026 Dev” bar
8. QuikCarry Driver 2026 Dev — needs rounded icon + green “2026 Dev” bar

First-Time Production Builds

1. Heru Discovery Prod — icon exists (gold Eye of Heru on navy)
2. Site962 Prod — needs polished logo → proper app icon
3. QuikCarry Rider 2026 Prod — needs rounded icon + green “2026” bar
4. QuikCarry Driver 2026 Prod — needs rounded icon + green “2026” bar

• Prod: Standard app icon
• Dev: Same icon + GREEN BAR at bottom with white text “DEV”
• QuikCarry 2026 Prod: Icon + green bar “2026”
• QuikCarry 2026 Dev: Icon + green bar “2026 DEV”
• Reference: QCR Dev and My Voyages Dev are the pattern templates

Schedule

• 1:00 AM ET — Preflight health check (deps, config, signing)
• 1:00-1:55 AM — Auto-fix agent resolves any issues
• 2:00 AM ET — EAS builds kick off

Logo Kits

• FMO: https://fmogrooming.com/logo-presentation (REFERENCE PATTERN)
• All others: generate and host on S3 at auset-platform-docs bucket

Why: April 1, 2026 is Production MVP deadline for QCR, WCR, FMO, My Voyages. Nightly builds catch issues early. Quik and Vision test daily via TestFlight.

How to apply: This is THE build pipeline spec. All icon work must complete before nightly builds can start for that project.
