• Heru Discovery tool must be functional by Sunday March 16 EOD so Quik can use it during the Monday meeting
• Quik will record Kinah describing what she wants (voice/video) via Heru Discovery
• Clara transcribes the recording and generates a PRD draft
• Team reviews PRD and builds the website

• FIRST real paying client test of Heru Discovery
• Proves the business model: client describes → Clara writes PRD → agents build
• $4,200 revenue for a website that agents can build in days
• If this works, every client meeting becomes a Heru Discovery session
• Quik already promised the tool — we MUST deliver
