Heru Discovery — iOS Client Intake App

What it is: A React Native iOS app that is part of the Quik Nation ecosystem. The tool Quik uses to capture new client discovery conversations.

The business flow:

  1. Quik (or anyone) meets a potential client
  2. Opens Heru Discovery iOS app, records conversation (video or audio)
  3. Recording uploads to Quik Nation API → S3
  4. Opus transcribes and generates a BRD (Business Requirements Document) — NOT code, NOT a repo
  5. BRD lives in Quik Nation’s database — it IS the client’s discovery record
  6. Sonnet presents the BRD/plan to Quik + Amen Ra (and optionally the client)
  7. Iterate on the BRD until aligned
  8. Client pays → THEN a new repo is created from the boilerplate
  9. Haiku dispatches agents to build the Heru from the approved BRD

Critical rule: No payment = no repo. Everything stays in Quik Nation until the client pays. The BRD is the sales tool — it shows the client what we’ll build, generated from their own words.

Why iOS: Camera, video recording, audio recording all require native device access.

Architecture: Lives in quik-nation-ai-boilerplate/mobile/. Shares Quik Nation data, API, auth (Clerk), database. Same pattern as Heru Feedback — all Herus connect through the Quik Nation API.

Business context: Quik (or the sales team) will try to close payment immediately after the Discovery session. The BRD generated from the conversation IS the pitch — “here’s what we’ll build you, generated from what you just told us.”

How to apply: This is NOT a web page with product cards. It’s a client intake engine. The web discover page can still exist for browsing, but the real product is this iOS app.

Timeline: Kinah meeting is March 17 — first Discovery client at $4,200.
