Tiers: Basic (text + AI media descriptions) free. Premium (full media access) upsell.

Contact Form Replacement: Every “Contact Us” IS Heru Feedback. Modular — feedback (always) + scheduling (opt-in like Kings Luxury/FMO) + extensible.

Defaults: Web=FAB, Mobile=ShakeReporter, Contact page=enhanced Heru Feedback form.
