Why: Quik tests Sunday. Fix whatever breaks Sunday night. Ready for Kinah meeting Monday March 17 at 3PM ET — first Discovery client at $4,200.
Timeline:
- Thursday March 13: Agents fix Heru Feedback + build Discovery recording UI
- Friday March 14: Continue development, QC1 starts iOS build
- Saturday March 15: TestFlight submission from QC1
- Sunday March 16: Quik tests on his phone — shake feedback + Discovery recording
- Sunday night: Fix reported issues
- Monday March 17 3PM ET: Kinah meeting ready
Minimum viable for Monday:
- Heru Feedback shake-to-report MUST work
- Heru Discovery recording (video/audio capture + upload) MUST work
- Full AI-to-BRD pipeline is stretch goal — can present manually-prepared BRD if needed
How to apply: Every requirement written between now and Saturday must prioritize these two features. No other mobile work matters until this TestFlight build ships.
