Auset CLI → Tool Marketplace

The Auset Platform’s IP protection and revenue model evolves in 3 stages:
- NOW: Worktree + symlink. Agents symlink .claude/ into worktrees. IP never in Heru repos.
- NEXT: Auset CLI (
npx auset <command>). Developers get results, not prompts. Like AWS CLI. - FUTURE: Tool marketplace. 1M+ tools (CLIs, MCPs, Skills). AI agents consume tools. Revenue from usage.
Key insight: “No external developer is hand-coding anymore. They use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor. We create the tool that the tools use.”
This is the beginning of the Auset Platform’s commercial model beyond client projects.
