The Vision
Agent physical abilities work like video game character abilities. Think NBA Shootout — your player can run and shoot by default, but dunking and special moves cost extra.
Why: Amen Ra on March 16, 2026 — once clients see the 3D agent demo with Kinah, they’ll want their agent to do all kinds of things. Walking, sitting, typing, presenting, celebrating, waving. Each new animation is a Meshy generation + rigging + integration. That’s real work with real cost.
Default Abilities (included with every agent):
- Idle (standing, facing camera)
- Talking (engaging with user, slight movement)
- Working (typing at desk, back to user)
- Thinking (standing still, subtle pose)
Premium Abilities (paid upgrades):
- Presenting (gesturing at a screen, whiteboard mode)
- Celebrating (fist pump, thumbs up — when task completes)
- Walking to/from desk
- Running (urgency mode — deploying, hotfix)
- Waving hello (greeting new users)
- Pointing at data (directing attention to charts/metrics)
- Custom poses (client-specific — “show me the barber cutting hair” for FMO)
Pricing Concept:
| Tier | Abilities | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Default | Idle, Talk, Work, Think | Included |
| Standard | + Walking, Celebrating, Waving | $500 |
| Premium | + Presenting, Running, Pointing | $1,000 |
| Custom | Any custom animation | $250 each |
How to apply:
- Every agent created through Ossie & Ruby gets default abilities
- Client requests additional abilities → quote from the tier chart
- Meshy generates the animation → we rig it → upload to S3 → wire into their agent page
- This is recurring revenue: as clients want more personality, they pay for more abilities
- The agent roster page becomes a living, interactive showcase
